1. About these terms
These terms describe the general process for enquiries and stays at Villa Stina, Donja Vala 194A, 21333 Drvenik, Croatia. They should be read together with the specific availability, price and arrangements confirmed directly for each reservation.
2. Enquiries are not automatic bookings
Submitting the website form or sending an email is an enquiry only. It does not confirm availability, create a reservation or guarantee a price. A stay becomes confirmed only after Villa Stina replies with the relevant details and both parties agree to them.
3. Guest information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, arrival and departure dates and the number of guests. Tell Villa Stina about relevant requirements before confirmation so that the proposed apartment can be checked for suitability.
4. Prices and payment
The price, deposit or payment schedule, accepted payment method and any tourist tax or additional charge will be stated in the direct reservation confirmation where applicable. Do not treat information on a general website page as a final quote.
5. Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure times are agreed directly for the reservation. Guests should follow the arrival instructions and return the apartment and keys in the condition described by Villa Stina. Contact us as soon as possible if travel disruption changes your expected arrival.
6. Apartment use
Guests must use the apartment respectfully, follow reasonable house and safety instructions and avoid behaviour that disturbs neighbours or damages the property. Any confirmed occupancy limit, no-smoking rule, pet rule or special condition applies as communicated for the selected apartment.
7. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms depend on the reservation confirmation and the channel used to make it. If a booking was made through Booking.com or another platform, that platform’s confirmed conditions may apply. Contact Villa Stina promptly before making changes.
8. Responsibility
Villa Stina will take reasonable care to provide the confirmed accommodation and communicate material changes. Guests remain responsible for their belongings, travel documents and conduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
